Deep in Darkness
An experimental piece inspired by beat-less music I used to listen to, this has a deliberately dark, gloomy atmosphere to it at first, before this eventually gives way to a more beautiful sound.
The sound effects were recorded myself and come from a number of different places, perhaps the most interesting being that of a small plastic tube which provides the windy sounds along with the high-pitched squealing sounds.
Originally released in 2006. This version has been very slightly re-mastered and is now available in FLAC format for the first time.
